Using 90 ShA polyurethane bushes, provides a strong pivot point with minimum deflection. This in turn allows the rear suspension of the vehicle to respond quickly and accurately to any hub movement, whilst being a reliable long-lasting bush that you can rely on.
CNC machined stainless steel inserts are used throughout the bushings in order to eliminate corrosion issues. Lesser materials used here would cause the bolt to corrode to the bush insert, thus causing snapped bolts along with other problems.
SIDESHIFT control arms are precision machined using the latest machining methods, out of 7075 aluminium. This material is used for its excellent strength properties, whilst being lightweight.
Each arm is inspected thoroughly during the manufacturing process, to ensure the best quality. Measured using the latest CMM technology, ensures that our strict tolerances are met.
